Description

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Prepare interior design construction drawings, renderings, and development of plans
  • Programming, concept design, space planning, technical detailing, furnishing layouts, and finish specifications
  • Ability to execute all phases from concept design to construction administration
  • Assist with client and consultant communication
  • Assist in the selection and specification of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
  • Consult with vendors, research, and propose FF&E materials and products
  • Coordinate materials and drawings for presentations
  • Research code requirements
  • Organize files, materials, and prepare presentations

 

What we look for

  • Proficiency in Revit is required
  • Two to four years of applicable experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite
  • Knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, furniture systems and specifications, color, and materials
  • Strong graphic and visualization skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture from an accredited college or university is mandatory
  • Portfolio submission required
