Description
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Prepare interior design construction drawings, renderings, and development of plans
- Programming, concept design, space planning, technical detailing, furnishing layouts, and finish specifications
- Ability to execute all phases from concept design to construction administration
- Assist with client and consultant communication
- Assist in the selection and specification of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
- Consult with vendors, research, and propose FF&E materials and products
- Coordinate materials and drawings for presentations
- Research code requirements
- Organize files, materials, and prepare presentations
What we look for
- Proficiency in Revit is required
- Two to four years of applicable experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite
- Knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, furniture systems and specifications, color, and materials
- Strong graphic and visualization skills
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture from an accredited college or university is mandatory
- Portfolio submission required
